I Know You Hate The Weight

Strange title for a post I know, but I think it kinda relevant here to what I wanna say. We all know how depressing and frustrating it can be when you are trying to shed those pounds off. The more you think about it, the more you get agitated and for many of you, almost at the point of pulling their hair out because you just ain’t getting the results you’ve been hoping for.
Well I say this to to you; Chill out and stop being so darn hard on yourself. SURE we all want to lose pounds but don’t let this one goal dictate your life for you. It’s all too easy to get carried a way and get caught up in everything.
Remember, we have a life too! and it doesn’t all revolve around losing a few pounds every other day.
Focus your goals, get your plan and stick to it. Don’t be tempted to go that extra mile all the time. I admire your determination but it’s OK to have a day off every now and again.
Far too many people just don’t get this and think dieting is all about sticking to the diet plan without ever changing the rules.
This is not the case.
Here’s your tip for the day.
At the end of your dieting week, treat yourself to a nice scrumptious junk meal, lay back and just chill out and take some time to relax a little.
But make the most of it, for Monday, you will be back to the hard slog all over again.
